House hovers

For some reason I've noticed a decline in House Hovers in the last 2 years. House Hovers are where a UFO hovers over someones house and people inside may or may not experience strange things..that they can remember.
I have noticed an increase in UFO sightings near or around military bases. This may be a sign of something, but not sure if it would be them wanting to protect themselves or just judging whats going on with our level of arms.
This could also be the case that they have noticed the super powers involved in military action and just keeping tabs because of that. Surely they would feel the build up of any military could be a potintial problem for them. Any species that crashes UFOs would have to evaluate on a regular basis what our capabilities are.
If thing stand somewhat by a pattern I've noticed, we should see some activity in south america before long. and possibly in parts of the former USSR too.
Time will tell...
